Overview

A workflow consists of a sequence of connected steps. A software application that manages and executes modeled computer processes. It is a tool that helps automate those processes. It forces documents through your organization electronically by following a pre-determined path according to your business rules. For example, a workflow solution can be Call Centre handling, Marketing Event, Product development and Project Control.

Solution One

CALL HANDLING

Using form and task to build a work process.
When user submit a form/application, a workflow/job will create tasks.
Staff need to complete all tasks in order to complete the job/workflow.
  • Call center workflow is used to handle clients’ request or enquiry. It main objective is to keep call log record and control the task to ensure customers’ request is followed by sales or engineer.
  • When call center received the call, they can ask client to describe their problem and input their request into SharePoint. They need to assign a salesman or engineer to follow up the request.
  • After call request is created in SharePoint, workflow will be started. A task will be assigned to salesman or engineer. At the same time, email alert will to send to that salesman or engineer.
  • In the email, there will be a shortcut for user to access the task or the call record. After salesman or engineer contact with customer to complete the job. They can go to the task and input their job detail. If the task is completed, they can mark job status as “Completed” to complete the job. Otherwise, they can mark “Follow up” in job status and assign another salesman or engineer to follow up the job. The system will repeat the steps until the job is completed.

E - Form

Select your preferred registration method for the event that interests you. (Receptionist /Mail/QR Code)
Receptionist / Customer can input their information into Pre-set Registration Form. After the Online Application Form is completed and submitted. This application can automatically reply to incoming mail with a pre-written message telling senders.
This Application allows to generate the report based on the available report template.
