Bill for the Protection of Critical Infrastructure

The Hong Kong Legislative Council recently passed the "Bill for the Protection of Critical Infrastructure" in its third reading, which will come into effect next year. Under the new law, individuals or organizations that violate the regulations could face fines of up to HKD 5 million.
